A live broadcasted gala has been organized by UNICEF and broadcasted in TV4 since 2003 and represents the single most important occasion for UNICEF in a year for the recruitment of monthly donors, also know as World Parents. In connection with the live gala, UNICEF also hosts a dinner / mingle for business contacts, influencers and ambassadors.
Challenge this year: Increase the viewership and amount of new World Parents.
The event was held at Cirkus (the same venue as the gala) and carried out as a build-up for the television broadcast to set the mood, provide an opportunity to share experiences and for UNICEF to mingle with new donor prospects. We carried out the project management and eventproduction and provided for invitations, venue décor, graphic design, staffing and all production on site.
The guests were greeted at the door by one of our hosts and photographed on the blue carpet. UNICEF ambassador Mark Levengood hosted this part of the evening and interviewed a few selected business partners on stage.
The venue was decorated in UNICEF colors and with quotes from their effect report and missions around the globe to highlight their important work and educate new prospects. The quotes also provided topics to discuss further with the UNICEF staff.
We also produced a live photo filter to create a setting for ambassadors and influencers to share in social media to promote the gala to their followers.
The tv gala reached a new high in viewings and recieved 50,007 people to enroll as new world parents – a new record.

Synsam / We See You
Synsam wanted to gather all their 1600 colleagues from all nordic countries for 24 hours in Stockholm for a day conference and an evening gala. The brief was also to arrange for travel and accomodation for all guest as well as creating the content for both the conference and the evening event,
We teamed up with conference agency Occasion and Quality Hotel Friends. The concept ”We See You” was based on a flirt with the fact that Synsam is an eyewear company and that the conference was about seeing each other. A very ambitious day conference was created with Marie Serneholt as a moderator. The evening then followed with a mingle and an Awards Gala and dinner with Sarah Dawn Finer as the host - seamlessly moving into an after party with Alcazar and DJ Jennifer Love.
We managed all parts of the event including travel, transfers and accomodation for all guests, all content production and stage-management, tech-, food & beverage procurement, and all graphic- and decor production etc.

CARLSBERG / NAB TOUR
Cohn & Wolfe / Carlsberg
On behalf of Cohn & Wolfe / Carlsberg our mission was to conduct a summer tour for 6 weeks in Sweden where sampling of Non Alcoholic Beer is the main focus. The aim is to increase knowledge of how tasty and good NAB is.
During the summer, we arranged to present Carlsbergs non-alcoholic range in a completely new way, in the form of an alcohol-free minibar that toured Swedish summer cities and invited visitors to try out non-alcoholic beer.
The rolling bar, which has been housed in a three-wheel Piaggio Ape 50, equipped with a fridge and bar counter, has the name "Alcohol-free Minibar", a name stating that the bar is free and at the same time that the beer offered is free from alcohol .
The tour started in Visby during the Almedal Week, thereafter crossed the country to Gothenburg and traveled along the west coast down to Ystad, then turning to Öland and ending in Stockholm, with a dozen stops along the road.
At each destination, the green, rolling mini-bar has moved between everything from squares to parks, beaches and other places where people often stay during summer. Thousands of people have been given the opportunity to try a selection of their non-alcoholic product portfolio, and many of them have honored the initiative from Carlsberg Sweden to highlight alcohol-free beer as an alternative to their regular range of beer.
The tour schedule and the daily location of the minibar was announced in Carlsbergs social media channels and created a widespread anticipation among the locals. We had a loving couple celebrating their wedding day visiting the bar in Göteborg, sweaty and thirsty runners after completing the 10k Varbergsloppet in Varberg and a woman who found a new favorite beer to serve at her dinner party the same evening to mention some of the visitors.
In general the Vespa-bar was a celebrated and well received initiative which gained a lot of new Carlsberg fans – not only for it´s cute and photogenic looks but also for the delicious Non Alcoholic Beer!
Creative Solution We repeated the success of Sony Live for the fourth consecutive year and gathered guests from the music industry at the beautiful indoor and outdoor venue Trädgården in Stockholm to showcase Sony artists and to celebrate the upcoming summer with drinks and good food.
24 artists and bands performed live on 4 different stages throughout the evening. When guests arrived they received booklets containing drink- and foodtickets to be retrieved from our bars and vegetarian burger stands.
We handled all production, invitations, graphics and print – originating from our own Sony Live graphics - guestlist, artist hospitality on location, staffing, documentation, security, schedules, accreditation and all technical requirements for all four stages including artist riders.
We also activated PlayStation with gaming stations for guests to be able to challenge their friends in a game of FIFA - and also set up a Super Slowmotion booth activating Sony Mobiles brand new Xperia XZ Premium phone in which guests could play with confetti and props to create playful slowmotion videos – a popular activity to take part in between the gigs.
+2000 attendees and great weather set an amazing ambience for a fantastic festival type evening!

H&M / Fashion Transformation Day
Agency A Loud Minority
Brief Showcase H&M as a driving force within conscious awareness and educating consumers about sustainability within fashion in a one day event.
Creative Solution We created a one day festival, encouraging people to join in a fashion movement for the planet. An inspiring day packed with seminars, a pop-up store, a food market, lots of music, exhibitions and a design market showcasing sustainable innovative design - all centred around awareness and recycling. We ended it all with somewhat of a bang: an exclusive live performance by M.I.A.
To promote the day to the public we used H&Ms own marketing channels, including H&M Club, used live posting, streamed the event through Facebook Live and penetrated H&Ms media contacts by sending out personal invites to maximise social impact and spread.
The event took place in a warehouse at Nobelberget in Stockholm and was open to the public.
Brief To raise awareness for H&Ms new sports collection For Every Victory och Olympic replica collection during a press breakfast with an additional activity to create anticipation and a feeling that you can not miss this.
Creative Solution To showcase the For Every Victory Collection we had some of Swedens top gymnasts perform in artistic gymnastics showing off the collections abilitiesand at the same time creating amazing photo opportunities to optimise social media spread. The Olympic Collection was worn by olympic swimmer Sarah Sjöström who was on site to talk about how she prepares for the Olympics.
The event and an interview with Sarah was live streamed through Facebook Live and Snapchatted in H&Ms own channels.
Brief To activate Absoluts sponsorship during Symposium Stockholm - a week long festival of ideas, fashion, music and tech - creating a true Absolut experience and deliver pop-up bars throughout the week at the different arenas that is Symposium.
Creative Solution Being a product of nature, Absolut embraces the idea of nature as a driving force for creativity. This was manifested through immersive experiences showing a creative take on nature - going beyond the obvious into magic and mystique. Through live performances and installations; fashion, music, art and technology all were intertwined to an Absolut take on nature. This concept was integrated throughout the execution covering everything from the design of the pop up bars, music and performing arts to the ingredients in the drinks.
The activation of the sponsorship escalated in an official afterparty at Absolut Atelier on the last night of Symposium in the immersive setting of a genuine Swedish forest - complete with pine trees and a small babbling brook and pond.

JEEP / Sail & Drive
Agency A Loud Minority
Brief Jeep gave us the task to meet people on vacation, catching them in a moment where a test drive of a car is what you least expect - but most need.
Creative Solution We found the perfect target audience - families on sailing vacation.
The sailing and boating culture is really big in Sweden. Sailing between the many islands along the coastline and visiting the many harbours situated in picturesque former fishing villages are a
We called it ”Sail & drive” a concept where Jeep works as the enabler of exploring the area and a way to get out of the boat and do something different. Last but not least a way to experience the different vehicles from Jeep. The activity was made and the cars displayed in the spirit of Jeep, cars where parked where no other cars where allowed; in roundabouts, on docks and on cliffs.
During a four week period over 600 people tried out the four different models. Always returning with a smile on their face. By getting people to actually drive the car we got closer to an actual purchase. By experiencing the car and all of it´s features in addition to offering families a great service Jeep endedup ”top of mind” for their prospects as they start thinking of purchasing a car.
The concept was carried out during two consecutive years (2014 and 2015) on the Swedish west coast.

NIKE / Wmns Training
Agency A Loud Minority
Brief Launch Nike FS13 to european press in a creative way letting them experience the attire in training during three active days in Stockholm
Creative Solution Putting the garments and shoes from Nikes’s FS13 collection in focus we led a group of 30 fashion journalists from all over Europe through Stockholm during three days, always keeping the key ”instagram-moments” in mind. We ran with them through Stockholms central parts in the late night summer sun making the Lunarglide 5 the star of the evening, trained with them on a pier overlooking the city with Bionics at core focus and showed them the beautiful archipelago with an astonishing interactive presentation at Waxholms Kastell - just to mention a few moments.
